Not just an instrument, but almost an extension of his arm, which skilfully and precisely moves sinuously to give life to the rarest creations.

An intertwining of colors, shapes and flavors, the same ones that were sought between one university lesson and another, a time that was exploited to the last to pursue everything that at the time arrived in Italy as cake design.
