Carola - The cake designer
It is late at night and everyone has been asleep for a while now. A semi-open door, a warm light that can be glimpsed and an enveloping scent. A soft and barely perceptible noise, a continuous stir without disturbing anyone.

Carola looks at her doughs that gradually rise, change and take shape. A procedure that requires attention and concentration, in view of the phase most desired by her: the one that requires the use of her beloved sac à poche. Not just an instrument, but almost an extension of his arm, which skilfully and precisely moves sinuously to give life to the rarest creations.
An intertwining of colors, shapes and flavors, the same ones that were sought between one university lesson and another, a time that was exploited to the last to pursue everything that at the time arrived in Italy as cake design.
The most acclaimed sugar paste, but also many, many other techniques that Carola falls in love with and that every day brings more and more to perfection.

Two hands that never leave anything aside, that also take errors to themselves and transform them into alternatives ... sometimes even more beautiful than the initial project! Two hands that dream of making room in people's sweets and hearts, always offering a sweet and colorful piece of life.
